• Only deposits from a mobile banking account registered in your own name are accepted
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same number or account from which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawing while an active bonus is in place may result in the bonus being forfeited
• Withdrawals may be put on hold for suspicious transactions until verification is complete

• Welcome bonus applies to first deposits only, up to ৳5,000

• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated
• Bonus balance will be used for bets first, before your main balance is drawn

• To receive a referral bonus, the referred person must successfully complete a deposit

• Game outcomes are never predetermined or manipulated

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, the staked amount will be refunded
• If a game is interrupted due to disconnection, the outcome will be determined based on server logs
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final — however, any errors will be verified against the recording

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

Members may request to close their account at any time. wwwok also reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account under certain circumstances:

• Violations of these terms may result in immediate account termination
• Accounts may be temporarily suspended if identity verification is incomplete
• Maintenance fees may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period
• If a member voluntarily closes their account, any remaining balance may be withdrawn within a specified period
• Any attempt to open a new account while self-exclusion is active will be automatically rejected.

Wwwok strives to deliver the highest quality of service; however, our liability is limited in the following situations:

• If a game is disrupted due to an internet connection issue
• Due to third-party software or server issues
• In the event of a natural disaster or unforeseen circumstances that cause a service outage
• Due to issues with the member's own device or software

Wwwok reserves the right to correct any winnings or balances displayed incorrectly due to technical errors. Server records are final in determining the correct balance.
